16/4/2024 Was our first energy directing practice. Thank you very much for everyone who have joined the program. The intent was set on cleansing/clearing chakras, balancing energy around them.

Synchronising polarities and magnetic fields around us. Neutralising the negative effect of electromagnetic fields. Bringing in energy of love and healing. We did the full body scan, if there was anything that needed healing got healed.
